Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Brnamgy (brnamgy.com) and every system on it. By using the platform or subscribing to any system, you agree to them.

Who we are

Brnamgy is a platform of ready-made management systems for businesses (online stores, retail shops, optical shops, barbershops, car rental and car service centers), provided by Ibraan Software Solutions.

Your account

• Each company has one account and its own link (for example yourname.brnamgy.com), and can subscribe to more than one system with it.
• The details you sign up with (company name, phone, email) must be accurate and kept up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login and password safe, and for everything done from your account and the staff accounts you add.
• The account owner manages the subscription and payments for all systems.

Free trial

• Some plans include a free trial, available once per system.
• The first invoice is issued the day after the trial ends; if it isn't paid on time, staff access is paused until it is.
• You can pay during the trial and keep the remaining trial days free.

Prices and payment

• Subscriptions are monthly, quarterly or yearly, depending on the plan you choose.
• Prices are in Egyptian pounds inside Egypt and in US dollars outside Egypt.
• Invoices are issued on day 25 of each month and are due on day 2 of the following month. After the due date staff access is paused until the invoice is paid; your data stays safe.
• Plans without a trial are paid first, and the system is set up right after payment.
• Online payments are processed through Ibraan Pay and our payment partner Fawaterk. Card details never pass through us and are never stored by us.
• Saving a card and auto-renewal are optional, only active if you turn them on, and can be turned off at any time.
• Plan prices may change; each invoice uses the price in effect when it is issued.

Cancellation

• You can stop your subscription at any time; it stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• Amounts paid for a period that has started are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
• A pay-first sign-up that isn't paid within 7 days is cancelled and its name is released.

Your data

• The data you enter in the systems belongs to you.
• We only use it to run the service for you, as described in the privacy policy.
• You can ask for a copy of your data at any time.

Acceptable use

• The platform may not be used for any unlawful activity.
• Attempting to access other companies' accounts or data, disrupting the service, or copying it is not allowed.
• We may suspend any account that breaks these terms.

Availability

We do everything we can to keep the service running at all times, but it may pause briefly for maintenance or reasons beyond our control; we try to give notice beforehand.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. In any case our liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the last 3 months.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; we will notify you of any important change by email or inside the system before it applies.
